This is pramod from kollam. This is to bring to your kind attention to the excellent levels of investor relations maintained by Catholic Cyrian bank. Last week I faced some issues related to interest posting to sb account. I made a complaint and the response I got was overwhelming.
I found many good qualities with CSB. Pleasant and pleasing approach. All the top officials of CSB were very friendly . In nutshell I was pleased with the way they treated my problems . I wish to appreciate whole CSB Team for solving all the related issues. I am giving 100 marks to sCSB for their ability in solving issues and convincing me about the technical aspects involved in banking industry.
