I have used bsnl broadband for 7 months. and it was the worst experience with them. very bad speed, poor connectivity and worst service. I took a plan which gives unlimited internet @ 512 kbps and believe me it was not even giving the speed of 150 kbps. and even it doesnt connect all the time. so there are connectivity issues too with the bsnl broadband. and the I went to their office nobody is ready to help me out. the wrote my complaint but responded anter 1 month to my complaint. very very poor service and support. at last I just switched my broadband operator. never ever use bsnl broadband. you are going to regret your decision.
