This is very unprofessional on part of bookganga.com
I had ordered a book for a price that was mentioned on their website.
They shipped the book and then called and started asking for extra amount saying "now the publisher has increased the price".
If I pay this extra amount the book prices goes beyond what any other online seller offers. If I knew this, I'd have obviously bought it from other vendors.
They should have honored their own deal on their site, even it means absorbing a loss for their own mistake.
Or the second best is they could have refunded the money and canceled the deal.
This practice of not honoring own price and then asking the customer for more money after shipping a product is unheard of.
