Grofers is one of the services which provides us with daily essentials.
But it doesn't serves it's purpose as it's description suggests.
You can't find grocery at all though the name of app is mainly grofers.
App interface is disgusting, you can't find any item you need at time and groceries can never be found on app.
Quality of delivered products are not too good.
Delivery is the worst thing, they don't deliver on time given and would never even inform if the stock goes out.
Customercare is even worst they don't solve our problems or issues at all.
They can't run the service and are really pathetic.
