Bill Desk is one the oldest online payment services provider. It was fast growing e- commerce in India but now there are so many other payment services.
Actually Bill Desk has lack of facilities. The list of Payees is short that means you can only make payments to all the billers and payees that are **registered** with BillDesk. Most of the Government’s Companies such as BSNL, SBI Mutual Fund, MCGM(Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai), Mahanagar Gas Limited are available as payees and biller on Bill Desk. Tata Sky is the only DTH Operator which available on Billdesk as a Payee. Most of the Charity Foundations are also available as Payee on Billdesk so it means that you can make payments to all these Companies, DTH Operators, Agencies and Institution.
Bill desk is not much User Friendly and the **Client Service / Customer Service** is not working up to mark. I had used Billdesk for payment of BSNL Broadband bill but I found that the process of payment is slow and some time payment process gets terminate automatically.But after all I think Bill desk is very secure and I will give Two Stars for this. My experience with Bill desk was not good at all and now I am not using this service and I will never recommend bill desk service to any one because of it’s slow processing and poor customer service.
