Coming to my review, I would like to share my experience with Bigrock.


Purchased a domain 2 months ago and it was suspended on May 14th with a reason - “Whois inaccuracy” - brief background - Your domain is suspended if your contact details are inaccurate. I agree with it and provided all the required documents to resolve the issue, updated my whois information which was verified by the Bigrock team. They acknowledged and closed my case. Now as on 3rd June, my domain got suspended again at night~9 PM with the same reason - “Whois inaccuracy” which was already resolved earlier.


When I contacted them via live chat support, they told me the abuse team was offline and would be back again in the morning~10 o clock. I was not able to sleep that night since my SEO was getting damaged by the website’s downtime and pinged them at 10 o clock right away. They told me that it was suspended because the address proof that I provided them earlier was not containing the ZIP code which could have been addressed earlier on 14th May itself!


I provided them the relevant documents at/before 11:00 AM and they gave me a maximum ETA of 3–4 hours and here I am at 3:00 PM writing this review to give you my worst hosting experience which has not only ruined lakhs that was spent on SEO but also deleted my website from search engine due to negligence and delay from their support team.

1.They will suspend your domain at night before going offline so you suffer whole night looking at your website’s downtime.


2.When you ask for an update on chat, they will transfer your chat to the next person to avoid answering you back. I have screenshots of chats where my chat was first transferred even after explaining the complete issue before some actually replied back in a decent manner.


3.Their abuse team will randomly suspend your domain and they do not support 24-hour support so you will have to suffer the website’s downtime in such an event.


4.Lastly, they do not stick with the ETA provided by themselves and all you can do is wait for them to really work on the issue which takes less than a few minutes to be resolved practically
