I have ordered some products from bigbasket but some problems which I observed was the Delivery of the product on time is not being possible, if any product is not available with them they will send the mail very late so that if any customer is waiting for that particular product will be in pathetic situation.Products are of a bit higher price compared to the outside original market price.Customer service needs to be improved for better serving the customers about the status of the products
