I have been to Amritsar 3-4 times and I really find it very peaceful and calm city. There are many places which are worth watching. The main attraction of Amritsar is Golden Temple and the holiness of Golden temple cannot be described in the words. The type of SEVA, people are giving there is really commendable. The prasad of Langar, I loved the most. I really respect the people who are giving their Seva for water, cleanliness, preparing food and much more.
Jaliyawala baag and the bagha border are the places where you will feel patriotic. I salute all the martyr who sacrificed their lives for the freedom.
Coming to food, I love Chhole Kulche and chhole bhature of Amritsar. there are so many traditional things you can buy from the market like swords, katar, colorful handmade dupattas and many more.
I would love to visit this city again and again.
