I have been using the service for a very long time and have a mixed feedback. Once I returned my skull candy earphones for being faulty which was picked very quickly but the refund amount for order number took nearly 17+ months to get to my account. There were numerous follow ups and calls and mails none of it was helpful but due to being consistent and stubborn for the 1700 rs I finally received the money after all great chases and hours of calling and coordinating, mailing, printing, scanning and sending again and so on. So make sure when you want to buy something, buy with full caution as once returned, forget the money.
