Amazon.com is a prominent player in the world of e-commerce. And ever since it's inception in the indian market as amazon.in it has managed to captivate a large chunk of the market share and also sharing an epic rivalry with the over-rated iit-an startup -'flipkart'.
Well, I don't know what the guys at the headoffice or the web-designing team was thinking, they seem to have perhaps change the user-interface of the website. Instead of the homepage showning the latest deals, exclusive deals and newly launched products, and with an agenda to customize the site with the user preference, They seemed to have messed up the whole functionality of the site .
I can see'my amazon' which is nothing but the bunch of stuff that I have been looking or bought .My question is - What about the stuff That I would like to buy in the future?
In this scenario it does becomes a jungle:P pun intended tho .And I seem to be lost in it .
Packaging and delivery - It is quite prompt and on time .No complaints on that. But always a day or two late as compared to the over grown initially started as a online book store.
