I ordered coolpad note 3 from amazon in last month. What I liked about amazon they are very prompt in there services like chat on website or customer care. When I called custoner care for my query they put me on hold for 2-3 min after I got msg that they will contact you shortly. And they contacted mi within 10 minutes. I never seen this service anywhere.
Also 10 days replacement guaranty. If you purchased a phone and you didnt liked a phone then you can return back phone to amazon in 10 days. Superb.
Also I buyed tempered glass and mobile case cover after sone days. I received the same in 4 working days.
Great going amazon.
