These guys are worst.
I booked them since I received a voucher . have only used Goibibo, Makemytrip etc. thought will try them
BAD MISTAKE
Had booked an international GoAir flight. The flight was cancelled by Airline on 28th Feb 2020.
Since then I am trying to get my refund from Akbar Travels. They are not even aware that this flight is cancelled. Wonder what kind of a service are they running?
Last time same thing happened with Goibibo - my refund was processed immediately without any problem.
Now it is already 9th Mar 2020 and Akbar Travels has not issued a refund nor acknowledge my email.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
