Today I would to share my experience about airtel mobile network.
I have been using this network since 5years. Its signal strength is very strong that when other networks dont have the signal, airtel used to have. Its 3g service is also very good that we can watch a video without any buffering. But the main drawback at that time is high call rates and sms charges also very high.
Since 1year the signal strength got too weak. While on the call also, the call used to disconnect frequently. Some times the call doesnt gets connected. Sms do not get delivered, always gets he message that messange failed.
Frequent calls to customer care didnt work at all. When I tell them my problem, they say there is no problem from our side. Evrything is working fine. But the problem has not solved.
I m vexed of this network and got shifted to other recently.
