I recently shifted from Airtel to another broadband connection as I was frustrated with its service. Other private Internet service providers are offering much higher speeds for lower prices(I was on a 2mbps connection for Rs 798 a month, now I have a 10mbps connection for Rs 650 a month).
The upload speeds were also very poor and nowhere close to that of their competitors. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing.
