Hello friends! I have been using aircel no. for about 7-8 months but now I don't, anymore.There are a lot of reasons to justify this.
Firstly, network problem.It is hardly accessable in some of the areas.Near delhi, it doesn't.In moradabad, there is no tower of aircel and.Although, there plans lokk quite cheap and worth, but believe me friends, you are gonna abuse, however.
Their customer care services are very bad.They don't even reply with a proper anser.Infact, they ask questions which don't even matter.I thought of porting my number now.Aircel is not reliable service .I recommend people never to be a its customer or else you will regret.There are other better options then why this.
