Hello friends. Today I am going to narrate regarding the extreme casual approach of Air Asia towards its passengers. I was returning from Kolkata to Ranchi on 10.02.2018 after an official tour wherein I decided to fly with Air Asia. To my utter awe, the flight got late by almost an hour and a half.
The most irritating part of the incident was that whenever any of the passengers including myself inquired regarding the status of the flight and about when probably we could leave Kolkata, the Air Asia staff seemed to be absolutely dumb and kept mum.
None of them could answer the passengers' questions properly and the immense delay in flight departure envisaged the unprofessional nature of Air Asia people to a great extent.
Hence, advise you, friends, to avoid flying with Air Asia for your future travels.
