I was convinced to buy the life insurance from my HDFC bank executive Vinod(vinodsuresh.shirdhonkar@hdfcbank.com) who pretend to be helping me with a good solution & introduced his colleague from Aditya Birla Narendra(Narendra.Reddy@adityabirlacapital.com) & proposed a plan called ABSLI assured income plus misguided me giving false commitment & benefits.
Due to Covid I lost my job & have no other source of income, wanted to cancel my policy due to financial crisis, now both are not helping me.
I wrote & called numerous times to ABSLI customer care for a solution, they have denied my request for policy cancellation & refund instead insisting to pay next premium
Am totally disappointed.
