I have booked a unit in 2014 with this builder in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan for 550 sqft. and they committed to deliver the possession to me by 2017. They showed me beautiful dreams of how you can earn from this property. I paid 20% of the cost as decided and agreed upon. After some period of time they sent me letter stating that they have upgraded the area by 54 sq ft and asked me for the remaining money. I went to the site and saw that nothing has come up and it is just the land there. I went to there office and spoke to them, and to my surprise they have also changed by unit, which was on a higher scale. I had to fight a little to get my unit back which I originally booked. After a year and a half they signed the Builder Buyer Agreement and it stated that by 2018 they will give the possession. I went to see the status of the construction and still there is nothing called a room been build.

I am unsure how are they going to finish the construction and give possession by 2018. The commitment has gone haywire and its all false. I think I have invested and lost my money
