Good builder and reputed builder and giving posession timely this is the best time to time to book your dream home and hope you like it and gave the best to it. Most of the time many of the reputed builder not timely give the key and hope it to be best te time to book your home

Hello Friends, Today I am sharing my worst experience with Ashu Builders, Noida.

My father has booked a flat in Barola, sector 49 through Ashu Builders Noida in 2011 & the maximum construction time was decided 3 Years at the time of deal. Till date they had not completed their work so we are residing on rent. In the new flat there is some issue going on electricity connection. I had went to the builder many times. but he is not even ready to listen my problem.

Me and my family all are suffering from big issues as we had already paid 30% as the booking amount & on monthly basis we are paying rent also.

I will never refer anyone to book a flat under Ashu Builders Noida.
