Much delayed project.

Promised to give possession in June 2021, but there is no progress at the site for the last 6 months. Even the structure is completed just up to 16-17 floors out of may be 20 floors.


Very poor work at the site.

Illegal charges applied by Ajnara


Possession delayed by 2 years and no proper compensation for delayed possession.


Poor construction quality. Interior finishing and plaster is worst.


Poor maintenance, everything is delayed which should be provided as part of maintenance.


No security cameras.
