I booked zoom car yesterday and before picking up car we already mentioned that car is dirty but still after submitting the car they are charging 1000 rupees for cleaning, who is responsible for car cleaning? , if we mentioned that car is not clean then they should not expect that customer will submit a well and clean car because it is zoom car responsibility to mentain and clean the car. And they also charge 4000 rupees damage charge , I don't know why because there was no damage in car, and when we ask for proof , they were not able to provide proof of damage.

I would highly suggest not to use zoom car, we have other options available in market, go for other companies like Drivezy, Revv etc. because zoom car takes advantage we don't get cars from other companies.
