The film begins in typical Anand L Rai style, small town sweetness & swag filled with laughter in the first half.
Post interval, cinematic liberty takes over the story-line and screenplay, and the on-goings get unbelievable, at times beyond'visual digestion'
It's the performances that make the film worth watching once.
SRK is likeable as the vertically challenged n manipulative Bauaa Singh.
Anushka does well, her character having a striking resemblance with Stephen Hawking.
For a change, Katrina Kaif surprises with the right body language expressions this time.
Mohd Zeeshan Ayub is just brilliant in very scene, his one-liners steal the show.Tigamnshu Dhulia, Sheeba Chaddha, Brijendra Kala, provide adequate support.
Music & Background Score by Ajay Atul soul stirring.
Overall, a'prospective' lovable yet out-of-the-box, ALR entertainer with a strong message, is let down by writing in the 2nd half and the unnecessary larger than life elements shoved into the narrative towards the end.
