Very bad customer support. I had asked for connection which they showed as feasible and so, I did immediate payment to get it at earliest. To my surprise, after payment, they mentioned that connection is not feasible. So, I asked for refund but then, it goes in loop. From 10 days, I have made so many calls and so many emails, but they neither provide connection nor refund. All the calls - only one repeat answer that they will contact somebody called Vikas and if he permits, then only they can do refund! It means he is DON - and customers are BEGGARS to him! I contacted Nodal Officer too but same response. Now, I dont have any patience left than sending complain to TRAI.
