From September 1st onwards it is lying I Taloja which is only 2 kms from my apartment.After repeated follow ups , today that is on 9 th the item was brought to the gate and the delivery person named Akash spoke to me very very arrogantly that he won't deliver to my doorstep.We have to take the car to the main gate to claim the item.Since work from home is in effect we have to work on sundays too.So I told him to deliver to my apartment.But he spoke to me very rudely saying that he won't come up and he took the parcel back.Now it is showing that self collection us required.Worst service and worst delivery person.
