They sent a mail and a notification via app regarding a promotion stating 10% off on the purchase of Woohoo gift vouchers and they clearly stated that these vouchers can be redeemed to buy any vouchers on their site but when I received their voucher and tried to purchase Flipkart and Amazon voucher by redeeming that then I was unable to do that as after redeeming they say that this card is applicable only on selected gift vouchers which are not worthy for me.
When I asked for a refund or to process them and redeem them for Amazon or Flipkart voucher then they clearly denied. So, my money is now stuck and that is a huge amount of Rs 5000. They have made this Diwali worst for me.
So, I don't recommend that site at all to anyone. I've attached the promotional details with this review so that you can have a look.
