The most pathetic place to get your eyebrows done. I had asked the person at the reception to give him their best person who can do eyebrows. Instead, he gave me a newbie who started asking me what hair should be removed from my eyebrow. When I complained he gave me another so called best person. The lady completely changed the shape of mu eyebrows. She made left side thinner and sit higher than right. I got unenven eyebrows and on complaining she and the guy at the reception started arguing that my eyebrows looked symmetrical. It was only when the manager stepped in and agreed that they had made a mistake and the eyebrows indeed looked asymmetrical. Then they call another best person to check if this could be fixed but damage was done. The idiots think that they can play with a customer's face just to get their illiterate staff trained. Not charging money for your shitty service does not solve the problem. The cost I have paid with asymmetrical eyebrows is much more. Disgusting how the manager dared to offer me a 25% discount calling it a gift voucher. Why on earth will I spend money on your shitty salon again for random discount. Biggest idiots. Do not visit. If a lady named Malleshwsri does your eyebrows then run!
