Coffee shop downstairs - the seats were dirty and coffee table was not cleaned up - the place was empty - so no excuse to not clean. Restaurant is ok... Nachos were not served hot (not with real melted cheese but some kind of processed cheese - the entire.dish was served cold not baked as it normally should be. No salsa or sour cream to go with it either. When I mentionned to the chef that nachos should be hot with melting cheese - he was a little upset and basically indicated that this was how they served the nachos. Pesto pasta was so so.... more broccoli sauce than basil pesto sauce - could not smell basil at all. No parmasran cheese to sprinkle on top either. Lotus chips were not crisp as stated - but soft and chewy! Desserts were also so so. Brownie with ice cream... nothing special - served with barely 1 tbsp of melted chocolate (talk about rationing). Overall nothing exceptional - just some dishes done differently (and that not at all tastefully done) that are overly priced.
