In the starting of my career and in my struggling days when I was searching job. I joined Vcare Call Centers India in 2006. I joined this organization as an SEO executive however the company main business is BPO and KPO. But my work was to promote their business online and earn some traffic for their websites using SEO skills. I worked in this company for approx 1 year.
My manager was Mr. "Raj Sisodiya". I was directly reporting to him.
In this 1 year I saw many ups and downs in my life. Though it was my first job so my salary was not so good. It was 5000 per month. I worked very hard because I wanted to show my potential to the company people and like every employee I had also a dream to get promotion on higher position.
But after spending 2 months the company staff has started to show their real face. They started to cut my salary with out any reason. Actually they explained me reason that company is not getting new clients. Now my friends think about my salary that was already very low and they deducted INR. 2000. And my rest amount was INR. 3000. That was too less too survive in Noida.
I was getting 3000 rupees continuous 3 months and finally I decided to leave that organization. Actually that was employee exploitation but what could I do. I was so helpless and poor guy that time.
If I get the option of giving rating I will give 0 rating to this company.
A very bad company never join such company which don't care it's employees.
