One of most Pathetic and Horrible service providers. I booked carpenter on 20th December'2024 the carpenter came and without doing any work I paid INR 308 and he gave an exorbitant high estimate of INR 4000 and also gave the wrong measurement of bed cover board plywood. He gave all the estimates out of Urban Company. What Urban Company did, used rosy words, sorry, inconvenience caused, apology, we understand your frustration etc and on contrary their person audacity that we are giving you and refunding you amount as your work is not done, we don't have the policy of refunding. I am not the beggar or miser dying for your refund. Let me know the amount I will pay back I don't need your favor. Further used the words to pacify we will take strict action again partner. TO BE VERY HONEST IT IS BIGGEST LIE AND IT NEVER HAPPENS.


I tried to book a gas stove service but it didn't allow and needed a booking amount of INR 300 and more.


I have got the service down from outside paying a good amount, but he was very much reliable.


I booked the service again for carpenter on 23rd the carpenter who was to arrive at 11:05 am arrived at 12:44 pm. He changed the service type to bed support and asked me that I have to pay INR 170 more and left saying I will bring the tool and never gave time and never turned up till today 10 am.


What Urban Company did the same rosy words, blamed the carpenter. We will refund the money on the contrary they suggested and asked me to cancel the booking or assign another carpenter. I LIKE TO VERY MUCH CLARIFY AND MAKE CLEAR I.AM.NOT BEGGAR OR MISER DYING FOR refund. Better keep them as charity.


They called me and wasted my time, my energy, my money, gave me harassment, pain and agony.


I have to finally cancel the service and I will now get it done from some local vendor.


URBAN COMPANY HAVE MOTO, OBJECTIVE AND MISSION TO MAKE FALSE COMMITMENT, BLAME OTHERS AND CUSTOMERS. USE ROSY WORDS, TAKE CUSTOMER FOR RIDE, GIVE THEM PAIN, AGONY, HARASSMENT AND HUMILIATE THEM SHOWING THAT THEY ARE DOING FAVOR.


THEIR CUSTOMER CARE DOES NOT VALUE CUSTOMER TIME AND MONEY..THEY DISCONNECT THE CALL, AS THEY DON'T WANT LISTEN TO CUSTOMER AND NOR THEY WANT TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.


EACH AND EVERY TIME ONE STEREO TYPE LINE, WE ENSURE IT WILL NOT BE REPEATED, WITH YOU OR ANY CUSTOMER. GIVE US ONE MORE CHANCE AND BOOK SERVICE AGAIN.


URBAN COMPANY HAS ERODED THE TRUST AND NOT EVEN KEPT ANY COMMITMENT.


THEY JUST WANT TO FOOL THE CUSTOMER, TAKE THEM TO SIDE, HUMILIATE, MAKE MOCKERY AND HARASS THE CUSTOMER. MGT IS DUMB AND DEAF. LET CUSTOMER CRIB AND BE HARASSED THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL.
