Wrong decision of my life made ever!
Booked an appointment with urban clap for installation of taps and Indian toilet 3 months ago. The charges quoted during the visit were too high and varied a lot (3 times to be precise!) when compared to the actual price quoted in the app.
The technician arrived half an hour late in the first place and he didn't seem professional as claimed by urban clap also he lacked communication skills be it any language!!
Since the price quoted was too high I didn't avail the service but to my surprise I was charged 250 rupees as reimbursement of their commutation charges!!
How ridiculous can this get!
I called up the customer care executives to find out if they can reimburse my money but sadly I had to follow up 4 times just to receive a negative response from their end.
This is the worst gesture such a reputed company is having with its customer. I deleted their app and I don't recommend any one to avail their services.
