This is The worst bank in India in terms of online banking. I've applied for online banking several times in the past 10 years and have finally given up on them and moved to a different bank.
They couldn't open me a online banking for years. just imagine. Does it take this long to open a online banking in todays times?
It is just disgusting service from their online banking desk. They kept on telling me I just need my ATM card details to activate it, It wasn't working and noone helped me inspite of so many email, phone calls etc.
I was left alone to struggle. Nowadays online banking is so imp.
They kept on telling me to do diff things everytime which I followed e.g. use only internet explorer, etc but nothing helped.
Disgusting!
