I used Uber service in the afternoon on 9 September 2017 from Mulund West to Taj Santacruz. They charged 60%(Rs 164) above the quoted fare which was prominently displayed and confirmed at the time of booking. The cab driver was not cooperative and was least bothered to resolve the issue. When I raised the query with their customer service they responded unprofessionally giving absurd reasons for overcharging. Uber has adapted unethical methods to make money. I highly recommended avoiding Uber cabs as they are frauds and unreliable.
