On 16.09.2017 while travelling from Bhusaval to Sambalpur in LTT Puri Express, I ordered two dishes
(1) Aloo Paratha(As per menu card 2 parathaas were to be supplied with curd) I was given only one Paratha)
(2) Curd Rice.
The Order was placed around 10 AM and the food was supposed to be delivered at Gondia at 12.30 hours, It seems that the vendor on whom the order was placed was not given enough time to prepare the stuff. He had packed and delivered the food in a hurry, can you imagine sweet curd being served with Aloo Paratha, and the curd Rice containing sweet curd.
Both the above dishes were supplied with sweet curd containing sugar. I am a diabetic person
have you ever heard of Paratha with Sweet curd or curd rice containing sugar. The food was a waste for me
When we contacted the travelkhana help line nobody was bothered, I was told that the matter has been raised with the vendor and we will revert back after investigation in a week's time, whereas I was deprived not only of the food but proper response also. from the Travel Khana, why would they bother, they had already pocketed the money,
One week later I received a mail stating that a refund of Rs. 40 is being initiated, please give your bank details.against the Full cost of Rs. 150 which I had paid. There was no response from the TRAVELKHANA Team any further
