I was browsing in their Saket store with a friend. Sales Rep asks, "May I help you? " I say, "No, thank you" because I didn't know it was a compulsion.to be helped over here. He still hangs around ( as I'm sure he has been trained to do) , shooting darts with his eyes. He eventually leaves.
My friend and I are really just talking. We aren't disturbing/touching/moving anything. After a few minutes, I try 1-2 drops of a hair serum. He comes running to me afterward shouting that I tried it 'wrong' ( I put it on my ends instead of scalp. That is where I need nourishment the most) . I still apologize and start to leave. In the background, the manager is literally shouting about "how is hair serum is getting over so fast? All these people come and try but none of them buy.". I thought it was a horrible way to make people feel bad about not purchasing their product, which costs like 5000 rupees. I didn't even try that much and figured that's what the trial option is for - to be impressed by the product before you buy it.
They'd have to make serious changes to have me go to their store again. I avoid even looking at it now. : -(
