It's been years, I have been a registered member of this job portal. Till the time, I am having good experience with them.
The ***customer support team of this portal has called me many times and asked for help in case I need.*** They have also offered me Resume making service at the best discount but I have not yet availed it.
I think the ***company is giving tough competition to naukri.com*** and may lead it in future with its quality service. But yes, *sometimes I get wrong job offers as well, from the locations with which I am not comfortable with. The company really needs to work on that filtering.
Talking about the website, I ***find my updated information absolutely secure there.*** The ***website is quite user-friendly, updating information and searching for the companies is easier*** there. ***Somehow the website design is simple but it's ok as per their business domain.**
