I have been using Thyrocare service for some time. I had booked another one, as usual. This guy came in the morning for tests, although I had requested to come in evening. I told him that I had eaten food 2 hrs ago(I had night shift), so right now the tests won't show correct results as per Throcare instructions. He said those instructions are fake and tests will give proper results. He said he was around here before noon, so he will collect sample now. He will be in Mira Road in the afternoon, so it will be costly for him to come down. He said that Thyrocare management were misers, and won't pay him the fuel claims.
My results came out bad, due to the wrong time of sample taking. I escalated the issue and told them what had happened. I asked them to send another person. The management guy on the phone started screaming at me that I was a freeloader and I can go to consumer court if I want but they will not send anyone to retake the samples.
