I booked a trip with Thrillophilia from Dec 25 - Dec 31, expecting a hassle-free experience, but it turned out to be one of the worst travel experiences due to their unprofessionalism, mismanagement, and false promises.
What Went Wrong?
Fake Promises & Social Media Suppression – Instead of resolving my complaint, Thrillophilia made false promises for a future trip and even tried to remove my posts from social media.
Abusive Behavior & Unprofessionalism – I was subjected to offensive language from their team and local guide.
Dismissive Customer Support – Despite raising complaints since Dec 24, no proper resolution was provided. They simply called these "minor issues" and said, "these things happen in travel."
Driver Chaos & Mismanagement – 5 driver changes in 5 days! 3 drivers in Udaipur were neither from a local agency nor from Thrillophilia, showing complete disorganization.
Unauthorized Call Recording – My conversation was recorded without permission, and they even tried to provoke me.
Lack of Safety Information – Despite sharing my itinerary beforehand, Thrillophilia never warned me that Jaisalmer to Jodhpur night travel is unsafe. Even their own driver refused to travel at night, citing security concerns.
Unexpected Last-Minute Expenses – Due to their negligence, I had to book an emergency flight from Jaisalmer to Delhi, resulting in additional expenses.
Missed Destinations & Ruined Trip – Several pre-planned locations were skipped, ruining my overall travel experience.
