We have booked courier on 26 may. due to lock down many courier didnt opened there services. but professional took it and told that it will get deliver in 2 to 3 days. today its 14 th day no one is picking the phone. Tracking shows parcel reached near to your location. but there is no one in there office. mailed 5 times to company management but no reply. I have never seen such kind of courier company in my life. totally weak management,
