The worst cab service without a doubt. They are fraud. Yesterday, I have been charged Rs. 166 for a 12 km trip, I didn't went for. I had booked the cab but that was cancelled before the driver could have reached the pick point. Initially, I didn't even got the confirmation it was the driver who called me and then I got to know. But I refused as I had already left my house.
And now they are not responding to email, calls and chat is not even working. Shame! Also, I booked a cab from Ola today and the driver told me that Taxiforsure is like that only and I will be lucky if I get the refund.
So, I would not recommend it to anyone.
