Service of tata sky is not only pathetic but their attitude towards customer is atrocious . when we subscribe their annuL packs, they smartly convert it to lower pack when u ask, they will not answer. I after pursuing wth them for 10 months, asked to close the account and refund the money. to this they firstly say your account balance is just 200 they further disconnected the connection but are not bothered to ollect the box and give a recipt. its a pathetic service provider
