The 2Mbps connection is really satisfying and those who can must chose this service provider. Home users will be well advised to opt for the surf power 6000 (volume based plan) as it is true value for money and is way better than the unlimited or quick power (time based ) plans
Since dec. 2007, my connection has had only only two breakdowns; besides promptly repairing, Tata adds a nice and necessary touch of follow-up calling and taking feedback, if any. Now thats professional! The remote darshan of temples in real time is something that I am looking forward to; a comparison of the same in Tata Sky and through the net will be useful info. If anyone has cared to do the same.
With speeds of upto 12 (twelve) Mbps already available in the USA, I am eagerly looking forward to Tata Indicom rolling out a similar service.
My suggestion to Tata indicom is that they must explore the possibility of extending free internet security software to their users. Or alternately find ways to reward customer loyalty.
