Hello friends, I am a loyal customer to syndicate bank from past 8 years and I very much liked their service.i have savings bank account in this bank and I am satisfied with their interest rate of 4% per annum which is pretty good. The minimum balance in SB account can be Rs 250 to Rs 500/- which is acceptable. I liked the Phone banking service from the bank wherein I get my account balance message every morning and also other offer messages if any.
They have placed there ATM machines everywhere. There was an ATM machine near my college itself which was very helpful. The bank's site is user friendly can easily do internet banking. I pay all my bills, transfer amount through internet banking. The staff service is also very good. They take good care of customers. I never had an issue with this bank's customer service. Overall, Its a great bank to be associated with for banking.
