This insurance company is just to swindle citizens money by selling unclaime-able policies with beguile terms and conditions. The customer care is non-existent. Till the person becomes a policy holder, they will be call-bombed at even odd times. Once the subscription is obtained and the customer has been milked, till the point of renewal the customer care do not care about the policy holder.
The organization also do not bother about the do not call norms of the country They seemed to have outsourced their outbound calling to cheap agencies who do not have information about the products either.
