They havent paid my preventive health checkup reimbursement amount of 2000 INR so far.Its been 2 months and they are stalling it with emails filled with excuses.Call their customer support, they got no information concerning your health records, when it was sent.They keep questioning us as if the client is being irresponsible for their faults of being lazy bums.Their agents are just as unaccountable and give us incomplete information regarding payment of premiums.They want lumpsum money although it can be paid quarterly.When it comes to asking for premium they start sending emails months ahead of the due date.policy number
