Please do not go by the fake reviews on Amazon or the lucrative offers on their website. These mattresses specially spring ones (including pocket) start dipping and sagging very quickly. To begin with their design is awful because if you sit at the side of the mattress, it has no structure and just caves in on itself weirdly like it’s broken. Within 2-3 years of use the middle starts sagging as well. The mattress doesn’t even last warranty period and the after sales is horrendous. There is no value in this “warranty”, have fun fighting them trying to claim it. The mattresses are pretty expensive also so it’s absolutely not worth taking risk with such an amount. Just go to a local shop and buy sleep well or a reputed brand that stands behind its product. Springtek knows they sell inferior quality products. That’s why they try to offer these lucrative warranties because you aren’t going to be able to claim them anyway so what does it matter.
