I ordered using their app for the first time. My amt 1555 was debited from my a/c and credited into their icici a/c but order ID did not generate. It's been more than 15 days since the reportrd this incident with SparIndia and provided alll evidences from the bank including their bank deatils where money is credited. They did not refund the money till date.
