Europe with SOTC. Review on SOTC, Mumbai

ZVG010020523 Grp ROMANCHAK EUROPE WITH LONDON…will never recommend any tour of SOTC.. Most disappointing tour. We the group of passengers from different places were forced to travel with one very impractical, most inefficient and very rude tour manager Mr. Naresh along with one unfit single passenger. The manager himself could not handle a single issue may be of food, hotel stay or any disputes among passengers. There was no support from local offices also.He was even not ready to bring the injured passenger to the bus, we other members managed to bring her in the bus. SOTC could not keep promise of good Gujarati breakfast and other meals. After showing the arrangement of breakfast of other tour and after continuous insistence the manager could manage some Gujarati breakfast. Hotels were very much in outskirt and diner time in major cities like London and Paris was around 6.30 where the streets were closed by 7.30. Other tours were enjoying streets of the cities and having dinner at around 8 where as we were compelled to stay at hotel after 7 as we did not have any option. The manager wanted to complete his assigned task and go to his room. There was no official evening with games and fun managed by him in any hotel. Really felt like a tour with a terrorist of 19 days.
