I have placed my order for Olay Total Effect day cream Gentle while the have delivered me the Normal one. The product was packed in BOX of Gentle day cream, not only that on the bottle they pasted the White fluid on the heading where it was mentioned as normal. when I start to use it I found the different colour of the cream. Then by my nails I removed the whitener on the heading then I come to know about their fraud.
They do not have the facility of Cash on delivery. Amount was already paid to them. I had called to their customer care executive they said that they will pick it from my address and will reship it. but till date they have not taken any action on that.
My strong advise to all is do not buy any product from snapittoday.com. They are cheaters and my product was not wrongly delivered they intentionally did it.
