I purchased Easy Mop With Magic Bucket by Shopper52, and the order was supplied by'blue dirt' courier. I am not able to use the product'Shopper52 Easy Mop With Magic Bucket by Shopper52' because the middle piece of the stick is missing.
This middle piece connects the handle withe the mop, and with out it, the product'Shopper52 Easy Mop With Magic Bucket by Shopper52' is un use able. However the other items excepting the middle piece of the item'Shopper52 Easy Mop With Magic Bucket by Shopper52' appears to be good, although I am not in a position to test it for myself. It may also be the fault of the courier company'blue dirt' but ultimate the onus go to the product'Shopper52 Easy Mop With Magic Bucket by Shopper52'. The packaging of the product was also very poor, which may also lead to missing the component in transit.
I have another bitter experience with the courier company'blue dirt', regarding another product, which was also purchased from snap deal. In this case I purchased an aluminum ladder, and there was inordinate delay in the delivery. Although the courier company'blue dirt', has delivered many products in my delivery address, in this particular case they were un-able to locate it, and I had to face the resulting hassle.
