Though I had a good experience with snapdeal earlier on but now it's broken all the trust for me.
I use to ordered many things from snapdeal but after 15 sept 2016 order for Redmi note 3 for my friend had broken the trust from snapdeal.
The product which I got from snapdeal was having problem so I was trying to contact the customer support first things they don't keep the toll free number and second things the customer service is very bad it took me 4 day to reach them sended numerous email but they failed after 5 day I reached to them and I told about the problem and they told me they don't have any one to come and check the mobile that what problem is happening they told me to visit MI service center and they told me they can't give me the job sheet and just because of it my product can't be replaced though having the the replacement warranty.
I even ordered the same product from flipkart for my self they even dissapointed me I will discuss about it in flipkart's review
